Concierge and Co. was founded by Serena Crumley in March 1996. Serena, a former PaineWebber investment broker in Bristol, Virginia and former Real Estate broker in Bristol, Tennessee grew up in beautiful historic Wilmington, North Carolina and lived in Bristol, Tennessee for 20 years prior to relocating to the Lowcountry. Her blood runs Southern for sure!

Serena's contagious enthusiasm is a rare commodity. Her love of people and fun has made Concierge and Co. what it is today.  From coordinating small World Presidents Organization weekends to coordinating large corporate events and weddings of all sizes... Serena has her finger on the pulse of each one. It's the small things which make the big difference.  Her attention to detail and ability to anticipate problems before they occur contribute to her success.

Repeat business is a true form of flattery.  Most private and corporate parties planned by Concierge and Co. have turned into repeat business.

Serena is a sustaining member in the Hilton Head chapter of the Jr. League of Savannah and is an active member of St. Luke's Episcopal Church.
